Some of Brians accomplishments include: 

  • Delivered a replacement for the credit decision platform from Experian to FICO’s Decision Manager Solution.

  • Manages a solution portfolio of $80mm capital budget and $30mm opex budget.

  • Delivers all solutions on a digital cloud framework using Cassandra, Apigee and Pivotal Cloud Foundry solutions.

  • Implemented Oracle Loan and Lease Solution on the Oracle Cloud.

  • Delivered a pre-screen solution to change the customer interaction approach.

  • Leads the delivery of a credit facility and authorization management system using Zoot cloud based decision engine.

  • Implemented a FICO Triad improvement, reducing annual losses by an estimated $200mm.

  • Improved the customer financing experience by leading the delivery of new products and solutions.

  • Responsible for vendor selection and contracting for Oracle OFSLL software, Oracle Cloud, Oracle managed services, FICO decision manager, Triad and FICO cloud managed services among others.

  • Migrated teams to agile delivery methods, as well as to a develop model for continuous delivery of solutions.

  • Led the design of a global accounting sub-ledger to manage and account for all payment transactions for PayPal.

  • Led the finance transformation of a leading global emoney payments provider. 28 month project with total budget of ~$80mm.

  • Led the implementation of multiple OCC MRA compliance initiatives at top 5 US banks.

  • Led multiple M&A due diligence projects and technology strategy projects for Financial Services technology providers.

  • Responsible for program P&L oversight. Managed teams in excess of 100 internal, contract and client resources. 

  • Responsible for the implementation of strategic plans into tactical processes – Citi Bank

  • Responsible for identifying, understanding and defining customer needs, objectives and business requirements, and developing strategies to fulfill those needs and executing on the strategies.

  • Developed project teams to implement the solutions proposed to the clients.

  • Developed relationship at key clients to identify needs and deliver project opportunities
